At Sophie & Toffee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your crafting supplies. If your items are damaged or incorrect, you can initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Submit a Request

Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return or exchange.

Receive Authorization

Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.

Pack Your Items

Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the parcel.

Processing & Refund

After we receive and inspect your returned package, your refund or replacement will be processed within 7-10 business days.
